I have invented a fish measuring system to measure the girth and length of large sport fish, such as tarpon, in the water at boat side. I am also patent pending on a trailer hitch ball adapter that folds and stows inside the hitch receiver. I am looking for licensing agreement partners to produce these innovative and profitable ideas.
